Tracked delivery is €12, or free on orders of €150 or more.

Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days. Delivery outside Ireland and the EU is not available.

Dispatch & tracking

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.

Returns

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and have their original tags attached. Ordinary return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds & exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Return the item for a refund and place a new order. Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact VELAIRE within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. For a confirmed damaged or incorrect item, VELAIRE will arrange the appropriate remedy or return.
